Hi Muppetboy, you should have stopped by and said hello, people tell me I'm nice.
It rained really hard the second I pulled out of my garage all the way until almost the PA border, then it stopped and was sunny again. The rain slowed us down a little but we ended up getting there a few minutes after 7:00. We chatted James for a few minutes, ate overpriced, but good tasting, cheese steaks, and hung out in the lobby by a giant bird cage waiting for Adrian and Anne. The bar was selling Weird Al drink specials -- "The White Nerdy" (:wordcrimes:), "The Tacky", "The Yoda", and "The Mandatory".
I wore a foil hat that my mom made me for my birthday last year, and I guess it was one of the better ones there because a lot of people asked to take my picture. I was in row 10, but the seats were plastic and the rows were uneven so it was most likely really row 11. Anyway, the view was good.
Al came through the casino, down some stairs, and into the venue from the back of the theater for "Tacky". The beads were back for PTW, and for WBUL, Al's hair was down. He also led some girl down the center aisle towards the stage. She seemed very confused and disoriented by the whole thing. There were two video screens on the side which were run by Sands, and broadcast the whole show using multiple camera angles. They even had a slightly better view of Al in the audience during WBUL then Al's camera did. Though they did lag a little on the video clips, so the sound didn't quite line up with the video. Overall, the sound felt off for most of the show to me.
W&N got the biggest ovation, though AP was pretty close. Al asked the camera man to sing during "Yoda" but the camera man didn't respond, so Al had to get his attention and tell him the words to sing, which he eventually did. I think he only did so so Al would stop bugging him.
After the show, we hung out in the lobby with Jeremy, Teri and Dave, then went out to the bus area once they finally kicked us out. There was a pretty decent crowd at the buses, and the wait was relatively short. One autograph, no pictures, no substitutions. We were near the end of the line, and Al did chat with us for a little bit. He complimented me on my foil hat and Jackie's Cheese Sandwich necklace.
After the buses, Bob and I used the hotel's lobby computer to buy VIP tickets for Verona, NY. I broke down and decided to do one VIP this tour for the experience. Decided to do that show because its a cool venue and Jeremy and Bob already had VIP so I won't be alone.
Pictures in next post.

Woow, couple of those Mandatory drinks and you'll certainly be louder and more annoying to those around you. But, it looks quite awesome.
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!
