Thanks, Ludo. Can't wait to see more dates, this has really got me excited now!

May go ahead and buy a ticket, anyway...I'm sure I can make it there somehow...if anyone has info about the presale or if it works good or not, please post....

Definitely going to buy a ticket and try to get in on the presale, but that's on a school day for me and will be pretty hard. Also not sure how I'm going to get down to OC as my dad's working on that day and my mom won't drive me, but for sure I'll try and get the best ticket available.

AFAIK, presale for Al shows does include the better seats (the last time I bought a presale ticket, it was in the second row, but that wasn't for an OC Fair show so we'll just have to see for ourselves), and it's usually a password you get from the website that allows you into the ticket sales.

He did a week when he performed inside the fairgrounds (free with admission stadium). The amphitheatre is a huge venue- that's where my sister had her high school graduation (If anyone saw the episode of Real Housewives of Orange County when Kara graduates... that was that day and that venue). It's also a very busy venue- usually a different artist each night.

Yay, 2010 tour! :yay: Anyway, I'm planning to be there for this one! Love the OC Fair concerts and especially seeing my West Coast peeps again! Who wants to let me crash on their couch?

Marissa and I will DEFINITELY be at this concert! See y'all there!

Hopefully they'll bring back Al's Brain too, for those who missed it last year.

Possible, but don't hold your breath. I believe they have plans to "tour" the exhibit elsewhere. They had to get rid of a lot of things and cut back on others to make room (literally) for that exhibit. For example, the arts got cut back. Photography accepted only a fraction of the photos they normally do for the gallery because they had to share space with the youth photography and drawing/painting... which is normally in a tent in Al's Brain's spot. They also had to rearrange where vendors were, and take less of them (= less revenue from renting spaces).

Do you need a password for pre-sale?

That's usually how it works, but I'm not sure if we get said password from Al or the OC Fair.

Actually...I'm kinda, I dunno, surprised that we have yet to receive any news about this from Al or the mothership...

It was stated somewhere around the end of the summer that "Al's Brain" will be back at the OCF this year and then will be put out to stud...err, tour. Unless plans have changed, this will be the final year the exhibit will be at the OCF.
