I think the paps are just trying to get a good pic that will make them money. If they can get a reaction from a celeb they just get more aggressive so the more the celeb reacts the more they want to follow them and the angrier the person they are following gets.
I am very intresten in celeb gossip so i know a bit about it. Ex. when britney spears was going crazy the papparazzi followed her like crazy and there was always some picture of some crazy thing she did the night before. Now that she is somewhat better they dont seem to be after her as aggressive as they were before. Of course they will always follow her just not like before

I dont live in LA but i love gossip mags and celeb news and everything like that and i just know. I always try to search for Al on e online and tmz but all i ever see on tmz is a picture saying how much he and some girl who was on Roseanne looks, the lisa kudrow thing and something from a few years ago about him getting into a wreck
