Teenage Dream seems like the best candidate right now.
Can't you imagine the lyrics about TMZ taking photos of celebrities "without any makeup on" while wearing their "skin tight jeans" and getting "drunk on the beach?"

I just talked to Weird Al and I can tell you I’m doing another music video for him called, “TMZ” but that’s all I can say. That should be done by the end of the year. He’s a really nice guy, really fun to work with.

Still, we don't know if he had actually started the video by then or not. I could easily imagine Al getting Katy's permission in the weeks leading up to the 25th. This quote makes it seem like he had just gotten her blessing at that point when he asked Bill to do the video. I don't know why I initially doubted "Teenage Dream". I think this all but seals it.

I just hope the video is all artsy and over the place and has little to nothing to do with the song. I also hope it features a boy playing a guitar when the music is obviously piano
