Based on the lyrics to the original, I'm betting the rest of that last line is along the lines of

Also, the lyrics seem a bit underwhelming at first, but I guess I'll just have to wait to hear the rest. I just hope the clip hasn't given away some larger joke of the song that we may have missed. For instance, I think it would be funnier if the celebrity in question was doing something ridiculously stupid in public (like forgetting to wear underwear to a premiere, but much more outlandish) and it somehow oblivious as to why TMZ would want to show people that.

A lot of TMZ's articles and videos just show celebrities doing mundane things too, though. Look! So and so is boarding a plane! This other person is eating lunch! And this one's at the beach with their family! Wow! It sounds like that's more the focus of the song, all the pointless, privacy-invading sort of stuff.
