Two things I discovered while looking through the archives of weirdal.com:

1) In most cases, recording is "finished" before promo/cover shoots are done. Bermuda hasn't said anything though, so I'm not sure if this is the case this time.
2) For RWS, BHD, and OTDE, there were 7-9 weeks between the promo/cover shoot and the actual release date. April's looking very good to me now.

I don't know why, but all major label albums are released on a Tuesday. That's just the wacky way of the world.
