Muse is good - "Our Time Is Running Out" and "Starlight" are incredible pop songs - but I think they are a bit overrated. Really they are derivative of several other modern rock bands (Radiohead, Franz Ferdinand, Coldplay, The Killers), though in some cases Muse does those formulas better than the original band does.

That being said, Muse doesn't really have a breakthrough hit worthy of being parodied by Al. Even if he wanted to do a style parody, it's clear that Radiohead is far more deserving of the Weird Al treatment than Muse.
