Mandatory Fun Survivor - Final Round

Post by TMBJon »

Handy is the second to last song to be voted out, in the most decisive result we've had yet (56%), and also the least number of voters since the first round. (In other words, the fake/manipulated accounts sat this round out.)

So it finally comes to this: which is the BEST song on Mandatory Fun:
NOW That's What I Call Polka! or Tacky

Remember, you're voting on the better of the two songs.

Voted Out:
1. Inactive (53% of 30 votes cast)
2. Mission Statement (45% of 40 votes cast)
3. My Own Eyes (39% of 41 votes tie; 52% of 42 votes in runoff)
4. Jackson Park Express (47% of 38 votes cast)
5. Lame Claim To Fame (49% of 43 votes cast)
6. Sports Song (51% of 49 votes cast)
7. Word Crimes (47% of 49 votes cast)
8. First World Problems (55% of 42 votes cast)
9. Foil (48% of 44 votes cast)
10. Handy (56% of 32 votes cast)

Honestly, I like both of these about the same. So I'm good with either of them winning. Thank goodness I can finally get some sleep after all these weeks.

Yeah, these are about on equal footing for me as well--I like both a lot but wouldn't consider them the two best songs on MF. But if I have to have a preference, I'd rather see something that Al wrote the lyrics for win.

Tacky. Despite this Survivor being so fakakta, these are both two of my favorite songs on the MF, so it all worked out.

... I guess.

So, these wouldn't be my picks for the top 2 songs on the album (that would be "Word Crimes" for parodies and maybe "Jackson Park Express" for originals), but under the circumstances that bought us here, it could've been worse. Between the two that remain, I voted for "Tacky".

QFA, even though the polka is one of his best.
