TRL's Funniest Videos

Post by TMBJon »

So right now on TRL, they are counting down the funniest moments of TRL as well as the funniest videos they've ever had.

Chance of Al getting on there? Slim.

Saddly, I think MTV will be looking for more "hip" humor, like Eminem's 'Slim Shady.' However, wouldn't 'Amish Paradise' be, at least, mentioned? Or maybe even SLN?

MTV already did a "top 20 Funny Songs" countdown and Pentiums was one of the videos mentioned.

Was TRL on yet when Amish Paradise was popular? Pentiums should be mentioned, but I agree with ThewEiRdOne27. MTV will go for the more "popular" artists.

I think TRL generated around the mid to late 90's. I'm not sure, but still, 'Amish Paradise' is hilarious enough to get at least a mention.

TRL started in fall 1998, so no, but TSB and IAATP were both debuted on the show, as was almost every popular music video since.

Well yeah, but we can't blame MTV for that...

Wait, wasn't Pentiums on "wannabes" one time?

Odd that MTV fails to feature the best selling comedy artist of all time, yet seems it proper to include Eminem and Blink 182 as some of the funiest videos ever.
