he was probably discussing the mixing process of one of his albums and someone was explaining the devices to him and he didnt know what they were talking about

Because Ozzy knows what drugs do to you. If you watch The Osbournes as much as me, you would see how strict he is about drugs and alcohol. He doesn't allow any drugs in his house. Thats why they sent Jack to rehab.

you'd think the answer was he didn't want to repeat his old rhymes but then we come across the ticket/stick it rhymes in JP and GiF.
